At EL SPOT, we’re committed to delivering creative solutions that align with your vision and goals. To ensure clarity and a smooth process, please review our policies below:

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is due at the time of booking. Work will not commence until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the launch of the website or delivery of final design files.

  • Payments can be made via Venmo or credit card via Stripe.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any packages or services once work has commenced. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final outcome.

Revisions & Edits

  • Website Packages and Logo Packages include two (2) rounds of edits.

  • Brand Identity Packages include three (3) rounds of edits.

  • Additional revisions beyond the allotted rounds will be billed at a rate of $125/hr.

Attribution

  • All websites created by EL SPOT will include the following credit in the footer: "Site design by EL SPOT" with a link to www.elspotcreative.com.

Content & Deliverables

  • Clients are responsible for providing all text, images, and other content necessary for the project. Content must be submitted by the agreed-upon deadlines to avoid delays.

Timeline

  • Turnaround times are estimated based on timely client communication and content delivery. Delays in receiving necessary content or feedback may result in an extended timeline.

Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and EL SPOT reserves the right to bill for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
